IT maintenance

Contracts with a written SLA, monitoring included, a named engineer and a monthly report. For small firms and for in-house IT teams that need backup.

A maintenance contract is not an insurance policy you sign and forget. It is someone who knows your infrastructure, keeps an eye on it and warns you before it breaks.

Two ways of working together

What every plan includes

  • 24/7 monitoring included in every plan
  • An assigned engineer who knows your infrastructure by name
  • A written response SLA, not “as soon as possible”
  • Monthly report: what has happened, what has been done and what is coming
  • Inventory and documentation always up to date and always yours
  • No unfair lock-in: if we are not adding value, you leave

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum term?
Twelve months on the plans with an initial investment, and monthly renewal after that. If you are not happy, we hand over all the documentation and access without an argument.
What is and isn’t covered by the fee?
The fee covers all maintenance, support and incidents within the agreed scope. New projects (migrations, new sites, infrastructure changes) are quoted separately and always before we carry them out.
And if we grow during the contract?
We review the scope and adjust the fee, by talking it through. No surprises ever turn up on the invoice.
