Accessibility statement

Our commitment under Ley 11/2023 (the Spanish accessibility act) and WCAG 2.1 AA: what we have taken care of, what is missing and how to tell us.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a keyboard, with a screen reader or with tired eyes. This is what we have done and what we still have left to do.

1. Commitment

MagicBoxDesk undertakes to make this site accessible in accordance with Ley 11/2023, of 8 May (the Spanish accessibility act), which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and which has applied to e-commerce services since 28 June 2025. The reference technical standard is EN 301 549, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 at level AA.

2. Compliance status

This site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. We put it that way on purpose: declaring full compliance would require an external audit that has not yet been carried out, and we prefer not to claim what we have not checked.

3. What we have taken care of

  • A consistent heading structure and the use of regions (header, navigation, content, footer) so that a screen reader can move through the page.
  • The whole site can be operated with a keyboard, and the focus is visible.
  • Alternative text on the images that carry information.
  • Colour contrast reviewed across the corporate palette.
  • Animations switch themselves off if your system asks for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion).
  • Forms with associated labels and error messages you can understand.
  • The map does not load without permission and there is a text alternative with the full address.
  • Responsive design: the content reflows and can be enlarged without any information being lost.

4. What we know is missing

We are honest about what is still outstanding:

  • An accessibility audit by an independent third party has not been carried out yet.
  • The site has not been tested with real users of assistive technologies.
  • The shop checkout process uses WooCommerce components that we have not reviewed one by one.
  • Documents that may be available to download in future (for example, quotes in PDF) may not be fully accessible.

5. If you come across a barrier

If something on this website is not accessible to you, tell us and we will fix it. If you can, tell us which page it happens on and what happened to you:

  • Email: rgpd@magicboxdesk.com
  • Telephone: +34 665 492 199
  • Address: Calle Dr. Buades, 68 · 03012 Alicante (España)

We undertake to acknowledge receipt and to give you an answer with a specific timescale for a solution. You can also use this channel to ask us for the information on a particular page in an alternative, accessible format.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the consumer authorities with competence for the accessibility of products and services.

6. About this statement
