What it involves
We collect the data from wherever it lives, clean it up and build the dashboard management needs to look at every Monday. With Power BI, Grafana or Metabase, whichever fits. The tool is not the important part: what matters is agreeing beforehand which five indicators genuinely count and where each one comes from.
