What it involves
We build an assistant that answers from your own documentation —procedures, contracts, manuals, ticket history— and cites where it got each answer from, so that it can be checked. It is deployed with the data in Europe or on your own server, depending on what your sector requires. Start with one specific area, measure whether it gets things right and expand from there.
