2. What you will find here
MagicBoxDesk is an IT services consultancy. On this site we describe our services, publish technical articles and offer the possibility to book an appointment or request a no-obligation quote.
Access to the site is free, except for the connection cost charged by your provider. Some functions —such as booking an appointment or requesting a quote— require you to provide data, and in that case you are informed beforehand.
3. How the site must be used
By using this website you undertake to do so in accordance with the law and with this notice. Specifically, it is not permitted to:
- Post unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, or tamper with the site or its security systems.
- Introduce malicious software or anything else that could damage the systems.
- Use the forms to send unsolicited commercial communications.
- Extract the content of the site in bulk by automated means.
If you breach the above, we may remove the content or block your access, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, the design, the code, the logos, the illustrations and the other elements of this site belong to the owner or are used with authorisation. They are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.
You may view, print and download content for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or publicly communicate it for commercial purposes without prior written permission. To request it, write to rgpd@magicboxdesk.com.
Any third-party trade marks and trade names that appear (manufacturers, technologies or suppliers) belong to their respective owners. They are cited descriptively and mentioning them implies no sponsorship or connection of any kind.
5. Liability
We take care to ensure that the information published is correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that it applies to your particular case. Informational content —such as the blog— is for guidance only and does not replace a technical analysis of your infrastructure.
We work to keep the site continuously available, but we are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures or matters beyond our control.
This site may link to third-party pages. Those links are offered for reference only: we do not control their content and we accept no responsibility for it. If you spot an inappropriate link, let us know and we will review it.
6. Sales and online store
This website is informational: it does not allow you to buy or contract services online. Product sales, where applicable, take place in a separate online store with its own terms and conditions and its own privacy policy.

8. Amendments
We may amend this legal notice to bring it into line with regulatory changes or with new features on the site. The applicable version is the one published at the time you access it, with the update date shown at the end.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the law; if you are acting as a consumer, these will be those of your place of residence, and that jurisdiction may not be altered.
Before going to court you can put your complaint to us at rgpd@magicboxdesk.com and we will try to resolve it. As a consumer you can also turn to the consumer arbitration system through the Junta Arbitral de Consumo (the consumer arbitration board) for your area, or to accredited alternative dispute resolution bodies.
Note: the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased to operate on 20 July 2025 under Reglamento (UE) 2024/3228 (EU Regulation 2024/3228), so it is no longer appropriate to refer you to it.
